"I’ve had nothing but issues. Both me and my sister were being charged for life insurance without request. There was no apology or money given back. I bought a new car and they put my grandparents on there without my permission or their permission. They changed my price by over 4 times when I bought a new vehicle and can provide no explanation as to why the price has gone up that high. I expect the price to be more with full coverage but $250 is robbery. I have a perfect driving history no tickets, no accidents."

"On July 15 a large limb fell on my roof. After having a tree service remove the limb, a roofing contractor inspected the roof and said I needed a new roof. State Farm came back and said that they would only replace the shingles that were damaged. After numerous attempts to contact Gina with promises that she would call me back, I have never heard back from her. Today is October 23 and my roof is still not repaired. I just received a quote for a new roof for $14000. I thought that’s why I had insurance, to protect me from a large repair. Stay away from Gina Jeffries and State Farm. They will not take care of you and they are not professional."

I’m going to another insurance company. Sorry to say…… State Farm sucks!…… but it’s the truth.
Take your premiums which I should have gotten a new roof, but I guess part new with different colored shingles must be the in thing now!!!
